Jeremy is a writer and filmmaker who received his MFA with Honors from Columbia University where he was a department research fellow, teaching assistant, and merit scholar.  He is the recipient of the Screenwriting Award and Student Production Grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the Robert Davi Award, and he was a 2011 semi-finalist for the Nicholl Fellowship.  His award-winning short film, Terrebonne, has shown in more than twenty-five international film festivals and is in the permanent collection at the Museum of the Moving Image. He is currently developing several writing and directing projects and making his first feature documentary, which is in post-production.
